Beijing International Chinese College Visits Gengdan Institute with Delegation of Confucius Classroom Foreign Chairpersons

  On November 19, a delegation of seven, including Alena Mirzabekian, Belarusian Chairperson of the Confucius Classroom at Vitebsk Secondary School No. 44, and Shiv Raj Pant, Nepali Chairperson of the Confucius Classroom at L.R.I. International School, visited Gengdan Institute. The group was accompanied by Li Jie, President of the Beijing International Chinese College. The visit was warmly received by Tian Ye, Assistant Principal of Gengdan Institute, along with the entire team from the International Office.

   Under the guidance of Assistant Principal Tian Ye, the delegation toured the Comprehensive Building, Bowen Center, Ancient Architecture Museum, and various workshop sites. At each location, the visiting chairpersons took photos and expressed their admiration for the modern teaching facilities and the beautiful campus environment of Gengdan Institute. They noted that these features provide excellent learning and living conditions for students, fully showcasing the institute's strength in internationalized education. During the tour, Assistant Principal Tian Ye introduced the institute's profile, its distinctive international education programs, and the Chinese International Education major offered by the School of Humanities. He also expressed anticipation for exploring potential areas of collaboration with the two Confucius Classrooms and welcomed students and teachers from Belarus and Nepal to study and exchange ideas at Gengdan Institute.

  The visiting delegates praised Gengdan Institute's world-class campus and teaching facilities. They expressed their hope to establish long-term connections with the institute and looked forward to engaging in deeper cooperation in areas such as language teaching, faculty and student exchanges, and collaborative education programs.
